The Royal Avenue townhouses are located in one of Calgary's older, established inner city neighbourhoods. Each unit has a private entry accessed from the front street.  The townhouse's  form and overall scale intergrates with the surrounding community and its park like setting.  Exterior materials and the overall massing reflect the homes in the existing neighbourhood.
