The Dunbar Townhouses make use of an open split level plan. A double volume space is a major featurre in each unit. The underdrive garage frees up private outdoor space and garden space. The exterior elevations and rooflines are broken up to provide an intimate residential character.

The energy-efficient Dunbar Townhouses were the first multi-family project in Vancouver to use pre-fabricated rigid insulation wall panels.
